Staying on track

It’s a few days into my mindful eating diet plan and I feel good mentally. Physicallly I’m still bloated and haven’t noticed any changes in the way my clothes fit, but I don’t expect to until week two or three. Here’s what I ate today:
Breakfast: black coffee, protein bar 150 calories
Lunch:4 eggs 300 calories
Snack: Greek yogurt 120 calories
Dinner: taco meat and a little bit of Mexican cheese and one taco shell. 500 calories
I’m at about 1,100 calories and it’s 5:30 pm. I can still eat 200 or 300 more calories which I will probably do in the form of fruit and nuts or an almond milk + banana shake. (Also life hack when eating cereal I always use almond milk instead of regular milk. It’s only 30 calories a cup as opposed to 120 calories and it tastes great)!
I will burn some calories by taking my dog on a 30 minute walk. I will probably start bikram yoga this weekend or early next week but for now my focus is to just get my eating in check. Abs are made in the kitchen after all.
