Snacks and the Superbowl

Hey guys, just checking in. For those of you starting diets or interested in my mindful eating segment I will share a little words of wisdom: be kind to yourself. It’s okay to veer off track for a snack or two, just make sure you get back in the bandwagon at dinner time or tomorrow. I know I will exceed my calorie intake today ( I’m currently making brownies) but I also made it a point to get some exercise earlier today. The point here is to recognize the progress you’ve made (even if it was just three days) and give yourself room to live by enjoying some nachos or brownies today. I’ll check in tomorrow after my yoga class! Drop the guilt associated with food and train yourself to eat in moderation.
Also I have a feeling Patriots win this one.
