Hi friends

It’s April 1, 2026 and summer is three months away. 

Things I’m doing to prepare: Stepping back into the gym after a long hiatus. Plan to do the 12-3-30 method 4 x a week. Organizing the flow of where I concentrate and consume energy starts with feeling productive in the am. Adjusting my routine to accommodate daylight savings and warmer weather. 
Scheduling time for blog posts and journal entries. Staying on top of therapy and medication management. Maintaining connections with colleagues and community. Providing translation and data analysis of social media posts.
Replying to emails and research in my networks so I’m informed about social economics and geopolitics of the regions of interest. 
Creating an agenda that loosely adheres to my freelance goals for the end of June/July trip to the Mediterranean. 
Remaining flexible and open to change- adjusting to new information and current events as they happen. Logging progress, taking meticulous notes and following-up with appropriate channels. 
Last but not least, remembering to smile and enjoy the good days as much as we ride the wave when turbulence hits.
