It’s tough to determine how religious someone is by what they wear. Many religious people look like they shun religion with their clothes.
The editor of Vogue Arabia, Princess Dina made a cameo on Real Housewives of New York. Moments before I turned on the TV to watch, I told my daughter my mom is on her way to Saudi Arabia with her Yemeni best friend.
It’s tough to determine someone’s religion or connections based on what they look like. And it’s even tougher to determine how much someone makes based on something as basic as what they wear.
Many classy and wealthy people don’t agree with popular fashion trends. Just like many wealthy tourists may prefer to stay in a boutique hotel rather than the Ritz Carlton. They may not bring their best clothes or designer bags and shoes, but this doesn’t mean they aren’t willing to spend big bucks.
I wish the fashion industry would understand that they aren’t as selective as they pretend to be. Especially when models can buy their way in and not that attractive has-been Reality TV stars are representing them. There are so many people with money who don’t agree with the fake Hollywood scene and educated people simply don’t want to wear clown make-up and top brands all day and every day. There’s too many quality alternatives that do compete and make you irrelevant and they dominate the market.
Very confident and beautiful people may even choose to look underdressed every day and only pull out all the stops on special occasions such as a networking event, personal victory, or religious holiday.
Billions of people around the world still choose the original and your very desperate and filtered world will never change that. Besides if you actually are that sexy and attractive would you need all that fake surgery and photoshop to begin with? I think not.
